Once you purchase an item, you will need to log out, then log back in again for it to appear on your My Purchase’s page located under your profile.
When you visit this page again, you will still see the upgrade and buy now button, but on the left side, a new button will appear that reads “You already have this item“. You can click on this button to go straight to your purchased add-on.
