By accessing MyPianoLessons.org, and said sites, you are agreeing to be bound by these website Terms and Conditions of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trade mark law.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily download one printed copy of the materials (information or software) on said websites for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. In no event shall LearnPianoOnline.com and sister sites or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption,) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on said websites, even if LearnPianoOnline.com or a LearnPianoOnline.com authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. 5. Revisions and Errata
The materials appearing on LearnPianoOnline.com’s web site and sister sites, MyPianoLessons.org and PianoPatchKids.com could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Said websites does not warrant that any of the materials on its web site are accurate, complete, or current. LearnPianoOnline.com and sister sites may make changes to the materials contained on its web site at any time without notice.
Any membership refers to access to a designated area while connected to the internet and accessing the membership area using a password.
6a. Free membership programs may be terminated at any time with no notice.
6b. Paid memberships remain active for 1 year, requiring a yearly or monthly renewal to continue access and are not refundable after 30 days.
6c. Lifetime memberships refer to members who are entitled to a designated lifetime access download area to the course materials originally purchased. Lifetime Members are not entitled to new courses and features. Lifetime members will purchase added courses and upgrade to gamified features the same as other members.
6d. All members including free, paid and lifetime are responsible for maintaining regular access to their membership to avoid an inactive status. By law, inactive members, defined by someone who hasn’t opened an email in more than 6 months, and/or who has not logged into their membership in more than 12 months.
In the case of inactive status, members are subject to a research and labor fee, or manual change of email address, or manual change of password, or any requested activity that requires manual labor. Research and labor fee covers the time used to grant a students request.
LearnPianoOnline.com and sister sites may change the membership platform (the software/service used to maintain membership area) at anytime. Changes that result in transfer of students to updated platforms and granting new passwords will be announced by email to all currently active members. LearnPianoOnline.com and sister sites are not responsible for guaranteed delivery of emails. In the event of a student losing access for any reason, an email request with proof of purchase will be required to reinstate membership. Further, Learn Piano Online reserves the right to dissolve the membership area for reasons beyond control such as economic, political, natural or financial crisis, and not excluding personal crisis that affect mental, physical or financial ability to maintain site.
9. Governing Law
Any claim relating to LearnPianoOnline.com’s website and sister sites, MyPianoLessons.org and PianoPatchKids.com shall be governed by the laws of the State of Missouri without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
